Each package's staging moves into a <name>/stage target that both <name>/debian and a new <name>/rpm package. The rpm jobs run in quay.io/pypa/manylinux_2_28_x86_64, where the python packages build their wheels, and the release attaches the rpms beside the debs. Build an rpm for every package that has a deb, and attach them to the release.
The rpms build in
quay.io/pypa/manylinux_2_28_x86_64, the same image the python packages (verilator-python, openfpgaloader-python and the rest) build their wheels in. It is AlmaLinux 8 with glibc 2.28, so the rpms install on RHEL 8 and newer.<name>/stagetarget.<name>/debianand the new<name>/rpmboth package that tree, so the deb builds are unchanged.rpmmacro writes the spec and runsrpmbuildon the staged tree. The spec lists files and symlinks only, because EL'sfilesystempackage owns/usr/localand its subdirectories.CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5for capnproto), bison 3.0.4 (yosys needs 3.6, so the job builds 3.8.2), and GNUInstallDirs choosinglib64(pinned tolib, which surelog's FindANTLR searches and which Ubuntu and macOS already use).uhdm/rpmstub and fixes thecleantarget (antlrrather thanantlr4, plus verilator, simview and the built packages).
